Cannot find a way to install https://extensions.gnome.org/ in gnome-web.

You just click on/off toggle (blue button) and it will start install dialog 
Before that, You have to install gnome-extensions extension for Your web-browser.
Aha, You are looking for gnome-web add on for installing extensions from gnome-web browser. It appears there is none…I tried with Aplications tab (“You can add your favourite website by clicking 'Install Site as Web Application…within the page menu.”) but with no luck. Manula install it is.
