How to emit beep sound with GTK 4?

There’s gdk_display_beep() and gdk_surface_beep(), depending on what you have at your disposal.

Ah, it’s GDK! Can I saw this method somewhere in GTK docs before or it’s 100% GDK API? Just interesting, as surprised to see this method as the part of GTK widget. Not sure as can’t find now.

It’s always been GDK API, as it interacts with the windowing system and not with the widget hierarchy.
