How do I setup external editors in Shotwell?

I’m trying out Shotwell for photo management on my Pop OS laptop. I want to use Darktable or RawTherapee for raw image processing. In Shot well I go to Preferences > External Editors but the pull downs are blank. How do I link Darktable and RawTherapee to Shotwell?

Are you using a flatpak? Then this is currently not working

Yes, I installed from the Pop OS Shop. If I install with apt will it make a difference?

Did I miss that? I wouldn’t have installed if I’d known.

Yes the flatpak does not have the access to the information that is used to populate those dropdowns, the “normal” install should have.
