Highlight search terms on both panels' content

I am often comparing large json files and I need to find different parts before/after some code change and searching particular keywords is a way to make this easier.

But as of Meld 3.22.2 (windows) when I search a term, and it is found, it is highlighted in yellow, and it helps, but it would help more if highlighted in both panels content, imho.

In the example below the content is quite short, but when hundred lines json content is in both sides, just slightly different, having the search term highlighted in both panels could make comparing large amounts of content easier.

We have an open request for this already. I think my only concern would be whether this is misleading about what we’re going to find/replace/cycle through. Possibly we can just style the non-active pane’s matches differently to avoid this. In any case, contributions here would be welcome.
