This year, GUADEC will take place in Guadalajara, Mexico from 20th-25th July.
It is a weekend of talks, open source, socializing, and having a lot of fun!
Last year many enthusiastic volunteers helped making an awesome conference!
Some of the responsibilities:

Welcome visitors at the registration desk

Set up or break down some things at the beginning and end

Guide visitors to the venue

Distribution of the microphone to the audience

Timekeeper for the speaker

Prepare workshop necessities
