Gtk4-demo: Add GNotifications demo

This is a proposal that I hope to submit to the GTK repository, this will hopefully help to test and develop GNotification API in new backends such as the Android one, or even Broadway, or the stable ones also, it will also help to detect regressions (in case there is any).

Currently there is no way to test/demo GNotification
