Where can I browse (or download) GTK+ 3 API reference and documentation? I was using developer.gnome.org site, but since today GTK3 docs are not available anymore.

There’s a transition in progress to the new developer centre website.
The old API references will be back up at developer-old.gnome.org as soon as the transition is complete. In the meantime, I recommend you install the documentation packages and Devhelp from your distribution.
