Gnome with Wayland not showing on GDM

I’m using Debian Sid. After having to be out with my laptop, and not updating it for several days, due to the constraints of mobile data, the updates piled up in the queue, and when I got home, I just left everything updating overnight. The next day, when I sat down to use my computer, I realized the three-finger gestures didn’t work, and when I checked, I realized I was using x11. When I went back to the GDM login screen, there were no options for switching to Wayland, the default option always boots into X11, with Wayland nowhere to be seen, when previously, the default option booted into Wayland, having X11 as a separate option. I’m pretty new on this whole linux thing, so I couldn’t really figure this out on my own, and all off the similar issues seem to be related to Nvidia GPUs, while I’m using a laptop with Intel HD integrated graphics and a discrete AMD GPU.
