GNOME Tweaks crashed when pressing the Alt key

GNOME Tweaks crashed with segfault error when pressing Alt or Ctrl keys.
System: Linux Mint 19.3 with GNOME 3.28.
Syslog: kernel: gnome-tweaks: segfault at f0 ip 00007f1a38a6b1f2 sp 00007ffc069be608 error 4 in libgdk-3.so.0.2200.30[7f1a38a24000+eb000]

I cannot login to GNOME GitLab with my GitHub and GitLab accounts to file this bug for GNOME Tweaks, more on my another thread.

This post on the Mint forums makes me wonder if this is a related problem.

GNOME 3.28 is almost 3 years old by now and haven’t been supported for a long time. I suggest trying to reproduce with the current stable version 3.34 or nightly which is soon to be 3.36 and see if the issue persists.

Please file an issue against the distribution, Mint in this case though the package is most likely inherited from ubuntu 18.04 lts as is so likely to be forwarded to an ubuntu bug.
