Hi,
I have to switch my music player and thought I’d give gnome-music a shot. However, I can’t get music in. It seams, it only searches ~/Music .
I tried adding a symlink to my music library in ~/Music but it didn’t work
I found online, that adding a different location to the file indexer should work. So I added my music library.
I can “find my music” with
localsearch search "*.flac"
The indexing works, I assume. But still, the music application does not show anything.
Is the application really locked to that single folder inside my home?
Mounting anything over ~/Music is not possible due to other workflows I have and I need the Music folder as is in my home.
