GNOME 48 background apps menu

Hi, did GNOME 48 removed the background apps menu? It doesn’t appear to me.

It appeared in GNOME 47 (Fedora 41) just below all of the settings, it was really useful.

I didn’t knew that it only works with flatpak apps or apps that uses the XDG portal.
