Full Screen in RC3

Hi,

When I enter Fullscreen mode through View > Fullscreen, I need to press Tab to hide the docks for a clean Fullscreen experience.

When I exit Fullscreen mode through View > Fullscreen, I need to press Tab again to restore the docks and see the GUI.

Is this the intended behaviour?
