Shouldn’t the “About” screen also report the version of some critical libs such as Babl & Gegl (because if there is a minimum version for these a bug could come from a newer version)?
And while we are at it, the same could be done for about any library listed as a direct dependency (image formats, mypaint, etc…)
Even better would be a button to also copy this information with one click.

Inkscape does this, for example.
@nelo Hi! That information is included in the crash dialogue, but I guess that could be helpful in cases where there’s a bug but no crash.
