[Feature Request] Remove some languages from the keyboard shortcut rotation

Please add a per-language toggle in Settings → Keyboard → Input Sources: “Include in keyboard switching.”
When OFF, the language remains available in the input menu (mouse) but is skipped by the global “next/previous input source” shortcuts.

My case: I use three input sources: English, Russian, and Japanese (Mozc). I rarely need Japanese, but it still has to be installed. Most of the time it just adds friction when I’m quickly switching between English and Russian. I’d like to keep fast switching between EN and RU, and select JP from the menu only when needed. Is this feasible?

More general (I think, better) proposal: introduce named language groups (e.g., EN/RU, EN/JP, FR/DE/ES). Global “next/previous input source” cycles within the active group; a new action switches between groups. A source may belong to multiple groups. Default setup creates one “Default” group with all sources → zero behavior change unless the user opts in.

In my workflow I have two almost non-overlapping patterns: (1) EN↔RU for coding/chat, (2) EN↔JP for forms. Mixed sessions are rare, so switching the whole context is fine. Groups model these habits directly and avoid accidental cycling into rarely needed keyboard layouts.
