[Feature Request] Option to let a Single Click on a selected file/folder to let you rename the file/folder

Windows file explorer has this feature where if we single click a selected file/folder, it will let you rename it. I believe Nautilus currently doesn’t have this feature.

It would be nice to add this feature under the subsection of double click to open a file/folder, in order to not get confused with opening a file with a single click.

I would be willing to contribute if the devs would like to add this feature.

Personally I wouldn’t like this, whenever I have to use Windows I find the click to rename frustrating because I often trigger it by accident. My non-techie coworkers have this problem too. I wouldn’t mind if it was just a setting though, preferably off by default.
