Feat: rename ask if you want to replace

It would be nice if I could just rename and replace. Move to has this already, so why can’t rename?

Hi Heinrich, this sounds like a great idea. Not sure it has already been suggested, can you check Issues · GNOME / Files · GitLab and if you can’t find anything open a new issue for it?
