Error message on gnome-software

On a Fedora 42 that I always update from the console, the gnome-software app always gives me an error ‘Updates are out of date’.

Is there a way to avoid this repetitive message?

You mean a notification, not an error.

You could either use gnome-software to update your system, or run gsettings set org.gnome.software allow-updates false and wait for Resolve ""Updates are out of date" notification doesn't respect the `allow-updates` setting" (!2259) · Merge requests · GNOME / gnome-software · GitLab to be shipped by Fedora.
