- We should try take quotes from the current talks and upload them to socials, alongside link to the streams on Youtube
- May need to give post approval access to more people temporarily, not just Maria and Allan
- May delegate some talks to some people.
- Discuss GUADEC slides for the Lighting talk
- Allan may be making a slide for us - Zelda will try follow up on that
- What we do want to achieve during BoF? Only new volunteers or also a working session with a content calendar?
- This will be discussed between maria and zelda more leading up to the BOF
- Discuss giving “FoG” drive a push
- Paul has an MR to add a donate banner for gnome.org, still needs approval
- Try to only focus on one fundraising campgain at once to not confuse users
- We need to reach more users - the popup is slowing down in effectiveness (we think)
- Work on pending tasks to make the Board AMA happen
- AMA and social media presentation delayed until officer positions are voted, eta 10th august. Maria to communicate with Sri.
