Download latest version of gnumeric

Hello,

I have a new PC (Win 11) and I want to install the latest version of gnumeric but none of the websites I am directed to have a link for downloading. I had to use my 2017 downloaded install file. Is there a working site?

but MSYS2 has an up-to-date-ish version in their repos Base Package: mingw-w64-gnumeric - MSYS2 Packages
