Dia : how to insert a link?

Id like to insert a link to a URL, on a .svg made with Dia.

The idea is if the .svg is opened via firefox (or other reader), a click on the link would open a url. I dont know how to do so, maybe a image could be URL clickable?

Properties → Meta → URL

Export as ‘SVG plain’ and the object is wrapped in a <a> pointing at that URL
