With cp, but it’s not a host system keyring, so it’s not going to work if you copy it to ~/.local/share. Also, Seahorse only supports host system keyrings, so it won’t work at all. You can use Key Rack to inspect it, but not if you move it to ~/.local/share.
To debug the crashes, you need a stack trace. They look like bugs that were fixed recently but which shouldn’t be present on the stable branch in the first place. A stack trace will show for sure.
