So far, this is what I’ve done:
Opened JPG
Scaled image
Set canvas size and centered image
Used color picker to select foreground
Added layer filled with foreground color
Stacked layer to bottom
Added inside border of white with Stroke Section
Saved as XCF
Opened different JPG
Copied/pasted into XCF
Although I can see “dancing ants” surrounding the new image (small logo), I cannot move it into position. Help, please.
