Hello. I have a PC with an AMD-A10, and in several distributions that I have installed, I am having problems with the Wayland session because the kernel automatically assigns the radeon driver to my APU instead of the amdgpu driver.
I have attempted to force the use of the amdgpu driver, but sometimes the system does not start and becomes unstable, so I have had to revert to the old radeon driver. However, there are several applications that do not function properly with the Wayland session, such as Chromium, Gimp, etc.
Is there any option or solution to be able to use amdgpu on that APU, or is it better to stick with the radeon driver? I like Gnome and want to try everything I can to continue using Gnome on that PC if it is still possible.
Thank you
