Can't set custom reminder within calendar but can within Evolution

In Evolution, when entering an event, I can set a custom reminder but if I just bring up the calendar app, there is no option to set a custom time. All I have is the fixed times.

System: RPI with Debian trixie 13.2

Calendar: Rev 48.1

Evolution Rev 3.56-2-0+deb1u31
