Hi all!!
We are organising a booth for SCaLE, which takes place in Pasadena, CA (USA) on 5-8 march 2026.
We have 2 volunteers who have offered their time already. However, we would like to have more volunteers to help out and that way have proper breaks to enjoy the conference.
What will entitle to be a volunteer:
- Set up booth
- Provide information to attendees
- Sell and provide SWAG
- Take care of showing demos
- Dismantle booth
You don’t need to offer your time for the whole conference if it is not possible. If you will only be available 1-2 days that’s also ok!
