Every year we ask for nominations for our Pants of Thanks award Thank You Pants. This award has been given since our first GUADEC in Dublin by the community to show our appreciation to those who have done outstanding work in GNOME over the years.
This year, we will also introduce the Shorts of Thanks award which is meant to show our appreciation to those Newcomers who have joined our community in the last 2 years and whose contributions have been extremely meaningful to GNOME.
Please forward your nominations by the 10th July to me at mmajadas@gnome.org or by pm @marimaj:matrix.org. I will share them with the rest of the Board to vote. Both awards will be announced during our Annual General Meeting (AGM) at GUADEC.
