Bring back ability to resize dialogs in apps (AdwDialog)

Before in Gnome (I don’t remember until which version) I was able to resize in-app dialogs. Now I can’t and sometimes it’s impractical.

For example now in Nautilus 49 I can resize properties dialog but in Nautilus 50 beta / rc I can’t (without detaching it)

This applies for most dialogs like new Shortcuts dialog, About app dialog, About my PC in settings dialog etc.

Please:

  1. bring back ability to resize that dialogs
  2. add global option in settings (toggle checkbox) to make that dialogs be detached from parent window (there is that option in Gnome Tweaks app but it’s not working for modern libadwaita apps, it works mostly for GTK3 apps)
