Should all Orca related topics be posted in Accessibility, or in the Orca tag under Applications?

I think it’s best to post into the accessibility category for now as it can also be done by sending email to accessibility@discourse.gnome.org. Of course all other discourse settings and features apply i.e. enough reputation when starting new topics by email or limited number of links in a post for new users. Also see this introductory topic

The problem i that setting a mail interface for a tag seems a pain,
while doing this for a category is easier. So This subcategory may focus
all the topics, including Orca.
