I wonder how Gnome would feel like if the desktop environment mimicked smartphones. Each app generates a shortcut on the homescreen by default so whenever you want to use a app u just click “home button” to show the home screen and then pick the app to open. you are even able to re-arange the icons on the homescreen and can input widgets. Its very simple and intitutive. But i wonder how something like that would feel on PC.
